A Broker is defined as "a party that mediates between a buyer and a seller". A ticket does just that. There are people that want to sell their tickets and there are also people that want to buy those same tickets. There are two ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold.
What is the Secondary Market?
The secondary market is a specific market created for any kind of used good. This market was created to supply the consumers demand for tickets for all events on a worldwide level. Brokers will buy tickets from clients directly or put a client’s tickets on consignment for a fee. The purpose of the secondary market is to allow consumers to be able to choose the area they want to be in for a specific event. Consumers set the market price by the demand for an event and thus the market fluctuates with the demand in the market.
What is Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster is the world’s largest distribution center for tickets to events worldwide. Ticketmaster is run by a lottery system, meaning whatever tickets are available at that time is what you can purchase. It is not until those tickets are sold that a new set of tickets will become available to sell. Ticketmaster has also created the Ticket Exchange for customers to put their tickets up for sale.

The National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB) was formed in 1994 by a group of concerned ticket brokers who desired to establish an industry-wide standard of conduct and to create ethical rules and procedures to protect the public and foster a positive perception of the industry. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with any box office, promoter, venue, theater, stadium, hotel, sporting team or sports association as we are not authorized to do so. All copyrights, trademarks, trade names used within this website are for descriptive purposes only. We are not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any of the above mentioned entities. We are able to provide access to tickets for events through our contacts and various sources. Our prices are much higher than the face value of the tickets due to the degree of difficulty and cost of obtaining the tickets. All ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is influenced by supply and demand. Therefore, we are constantly updating our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds unless approved by a manager, this includes any deposits that have been made for current or future ticket requests.
How is an online order finalized?
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. If we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Tickets 4 Any Event.com customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase whether by phone or online. If Tickets 4 Any Event.com is unable to reach you after several attempts, in order to verify your order, Tickets 4 Any Event.com may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. All sales are final once this process is completed. If for any reason the tickets you requested are no longer available then an entertainment specialist will notify you immediately and assist you with other options. All of our orders are 100% guaranteed for your tickets and seat locations once your order is finalized.
What are my payment options?
T4AE.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept all major credit cards for all events. Tickets 4 Any Event.com also has an easy to use payment plan for our clients. You can reserve your tickets with a 50% deposit and make payments up to two weeks before the show. All Tickets 4 Any Event.com orders are 200% guaranteed for all events (restrictions do apply to our 200% guarantee).
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Before you purchase your tickets, please review all information pertaining to your event selection because all sales are final. You can confirm an order by phone or online before you commit to your purchase. Tickets 4 Any Event.com will follow standard procedures for refunds for any cancelled events that are set by the box office. Shipping fees will not be refunded in the case of a cancelled event.
What if the event is postponed?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets should be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements. As we are not able to recover our costs on the tickets that we acquired for you, we in turn are unable to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events at this time.
What if my tickets get lost or stolen?
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
How will my tickets be delivered?
All Tickets 4 Any Event.com orders that are shipped are sent via Fed Ex and the standard rates that apply are as follows, times are different for every city:
-2 day: $17.50
- Next Day Standard by 3pm: $20.00
-Next Day Priority by 12 noon: $22.00
-Saturday Delivery/ Overnight Delivery by 10:30am: $30.00
For local courier service there is a $7.00 delivery fee. All delivery services will require a signature and when hand delivered you will be asked to show your i.d.
Why is someone else’s name on my tickets? (Ticket Fast Tickets)
These are your tickets. The name that appears may have been the original purchaser of the ticket. Tickets are transferable and these are now your tickets.
What is your will-call policy for your office location?
When picking up tickets at our office location you will be required to show your i.d. and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
What is your will-call policy for off- site locations (Box-Office)?
You must provide your i.d. at the time of pick up and they will be at the box office 1 hour prior to the event.
